While sitting and waiting on the Lord this morning, I saw a large eagle flying above me. I watched as it soared high up into the sky.

The eagle represents strength, courage, freedom, peace, release from bondage, victory, royalty, and more. All of these words have so much meaning for every single person on earth.

This eagle was beautiful, and it contained God’s glory – a representation of who He is.

I was stunned when the eagle swooped down and came to stand right in front of me. It was large, and we stood eye to eye. I reached out my hand to touch it, and I was amazed at how soft it was. The look in its eyes had depth and meaning. I wanted to know what message it had to tell me.

I didn’t have to wait long. It took off again – soaring high – and this time when I looked, I could see a United States flag waving. It was attached to a flagpole. The flag was old and battered – it looked worn and faded, yet it still waved proudly in the wind.

The eagle continued to fly around this flag high up in the sky.

I gradually became more aware of my surroundings. I was standing in front of Mount Hebron (located in the southern Judaean Hills – southwest of Jerusalem). There were millions of people standing around me and Mount Hebron. We were all watching this eagle. The atmosphere was filled with expectancy.

The sky was blue and bright – and suddenly it darkened, and everyone gasped or cried out in fear.

Just before we were going to flee from this darkness, the face of Jesus appeared in the sky. We knew not to fear. The darkness was still there, and the face of Jesus quickly turned into a lion. He came roaring out of the sky and captured the darkness into His mouth – then He disappeared into the sky.

All was quiet and calm; the sky was blue and bright again.

The shock of what we had witnessed began wearing off, and people began to shout with joy!

Suddenly, we saw the hand of God come out of the sky. There was silence again. His hand reached down to grab the flagpole with the old, tattered, and worn flag. He pulled the pole up and out of the ground, and it disappeared into the sky.

We immediately saw His hand come down out of the sky again – this time with a new pole and a new United States flag. He placed it into the ground, and His hand disappeared.

This flag was bigger than any flag I have ever seen. It was the same, yet different. The colors were so vibrant – like nothing I have ever seen – but they were still red, white, and blue.

The Holy Spirit then informed me that this flag had been made in Heaven – and it represents freedom…the freedom that is coming. When the hand of God came and took the old, tattered flag and replaced it with the new flag, everyone on earth knew they were also free from all that the enemy has been doing to destroy us.

The significance of the United States flag sitting on top of Mount Hebron means that whatever happens in America will change everything all around the world. The Holy Spirit said it represents freedom – this means freedom everywhere!

I heard the Lord say, “Your freedom has been threatened for far too long. The fight you are in has been going on since the beginning of My creation.

Time after time the enemy has been defeated, and this generation will witness it again.

For My United States – you are precious to Me. I have heard your prayers. I have seen your tears, and I know your pain.

All that you have fought for – the enemy is trying to strip it away – but I will not allow it to happen. We are fighting with you and for you.”

John 15:13 says, “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.”

“My United States has always represented freedom and independence all around the earth. The enemy thought if he could break this off of the United States, then he would conquer the rest of the world.

I will not allow this to happen.

Yes, the enemy is deeply entrenched in My United States, but his power there will be torn down – and once this has been done, his hold on the rest of the world will break – and his plans will burn.

Victory is coming!

My United States – on your Independence Day, celebrate this victory. Celebrate your freedom. Rejoice – for your freedom will be restored…soon!”

Everyone around me began to shout – it became a deafening roar! We cried tears of joy, and many fell to their knees in reverence to our God.

I stayed in that moment for a while. It was beautiful, astounding, wonderful, and peaceful. I know God is working, and I love how He encourages us. So many people will be profoundly affected by what God is doing.

This encounter affected me deeply. There is no doubt in my heart or mind that God will do exactly as He said.

The enemy will be defeated – soon!

2nd Corinthians 3:17 says, “For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.”

And this one – we must never allow this to happen again:

Galatians 5:1 – “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.”

Happy Independence Day! Go celebrate – we are about to experience freedom like never before. Thank You, Father.

In His love,
Kathy
