When I knew the Lord wanted me to do an episode on “Walking in Victory,” on my Pure Truth Podcast – I asked Him what He wanted me to share. I began to pray and revelation came.
Walking in victory means no longer looking over your shoulder and checking for danger. It means no more worrying about everything. It means you understand who you are in Christ and that you are seated in Heavenly places with Him.
Ephesians 2:6-7 – “And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus.”
Walking in victory means you know you are a son or daughter of God – and you know the deep meaning that carries.
Walking in victory means you know Whose you are – and you know He will protect you no matter where you go. It means you know He is carrying the weight and the burdens that try to weigh you down. It means you know He is the One you turn to before every decision is made and He is with you in every step you take.
Walking in victory is a deep knowing inside of you that brings peace that surpasses all understanding.
Philippians 4:7 – “And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Walking in victory means you are awake – fully awake and aware of the enemy’s schemes. It means freedom – true freedom that doesn’t have any strings attached to it. You are free – and you walk in that freedom every single day.
It means you know and understand the devil has been defeated and that God won. It means you know and understand the power and authority you carry – and you know how to use it.
Walking in victory is light – it isn’t heavy. It isn’t a burden. It doesn’t tolerate hate, lies, or evil. It is TRUTH, and it carries a whole arsenal of weapons.
Walking in victory is the goal of every believer – and it is the most wonderful feeling when you are truly walking in it.
The definition of victory is “the success or triumph over an opponent, struggle, or obstacle, achieved through superiority, contest, or a successful engagement.” Collins Dictionary
Walking in victory encompasses all of that. You have successfully triumphed over the enemy. There may have been a struggle, and the enemy is definitely considered an obstacle – but you have overcome these things with the help of God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. You have successfully engaged and defeated your enemy.
Walking in victory is joy beyond anything you can think or imagine. You are a child of God, and everywhere you go, the enemy sees it – and he immediately knows what you carry inside of you.
This was on my heart when I began praying this morning, and revelation poured out from the Holy Spirit.
Then Jesus took me in the spirit, and I saw people dressed in the full armor of God. These are the ones that walk in victory. They carry the armor of God with them wherever they go. They walk in unison – and together they are strong.
This was the body of Christ, the Remnant, the Ekklesia – and they know and understand what it takes to walk in victory.
Ephesians 6:10-18 – “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore, put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.”
If you do not fully understand what this means, I encourage you to study it. Ask someone to help you understand it – or even better – ask the Lord to help you understand it. This armor changes everything for you. Carry it with you wherever you go.
It’s time for us to step up and use the power and authority we have to stop our enemy. Amen.
As these people walked towards me in this vision, they looked fierce, strong, brave, and unstoppable – and as they walked past me, I could see their faces. They were full of joy, and I realized they are people just like you and me – men and women that have been refined in the fire. And here they are – walking in glorious victory.
Jesus said, “These are My righteous ones. They have been through so much. They have battled the enemy many times, and they have the scars to prove it. Yet here they are – stronger than ever – and full of so much life, peace, and joy!
And they continue to march on. They continue in this battle we are fighting of good versus evil. They are walking in victory – full of knowledge of the power they wield as children of Almighty God.
Walking in victory is a choice that every believer has to make. It will always be the right choice, but once you make it – you will experience many attacks from the enemy – for he does not ever want you to walk in victory. He never wants you to be set free.
He wants to keep you in bondage – slowly destroying you.
But I say to you, ‘Don’t let him take anything else from you! Don’t listen to his lies! You are strong. You are healed. You can do what I’ve called you to do. You can walk away from the sin you are entangled in. You can be set free!’
You ask, ‘How?’
And I say to you, ‘Ask Me, and I will send an army of My angels to defeat your enemy.’
Ask, and I will pull you out of the miry pit. Ask, and I will lift your arms. I will fill your heart and mind with strength and wisdom. I will give you what you need to rise above the mess.
You say, ‘But it is too messy! I am beyond help!’
And I say to you, ‘Nothing is impossible when I am involved! Ask Me, and I will show you what I am capable of.’”
Matthew 19:26 – “Jesus looked at them and said, ‘With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.’”
He said, “My child – hear this today. You are loved far more than you know, and I would go to the ends of the earth to save you!
Nothing is too hard for Me, and you are not beyond redemption.
I have great plans for you – plans to prosper you and not to harm you.”
Jeremiah 29:11 – “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
He continues, “I want you to walk in victory every single day.
I want you to be set free.
I want you to rise above your enemy and tell him he no longer has any power over you.
I want you to break the chains of bondage that are holding you down.
I want you to look up – for I have big plans for your life.
Choose victory – and watch as I boldly come into your life and cleanse all that is holding you back.
You are beautiful, and you are Mine – and I want you to experience My love – for it will change you, and it will set you on the right path. And you will see yourself walking in victory – with the full armor of God.
You will learn how to deflect the enemy’s arrows.
You will walk in peace.
You will use My word as a weapon to shut the enemy’s voice down!
Come. Let Me teach you.
And for My precious ones that are walking in victory – you have been through the fire. You have fought and warred through so much, and I say to you, ‘Keep moving forward. I am with you. I will never leave you.’
We have so much to do – and the things that are about to take place will be talked about for many years to come.
Thank you for your YES. Thank you for choosing to walk in victory.
Get ready for My blessings to pour out as the Golden Age comes to light.
You are My heroes, and I love you deeply.”
What a wonderful and encouraging word from our Savior. Thank You, Jesus.
He has wonderful plans for us. Amen.
If the enemy had his way, we would continue to spiral down a path of destruction, and he would destroy as many of us as he could along the way. But God wants us to defeat the enemy. He wants us to walk in victory with our heads held high – knowing who we are in Christ.
He wants us to draw close to Him so He may instruct us along our path. He wants us to use the power and authority that Jesus died to give us.
He wants us to experience joy. He wants us to live in peace. He wants the body of Christ to be in unity so we may stand strong together for righteousness, and so we may help the ones in need. He wants us to set others free so they can learn how to walk in victory.
We have lived in a world of deception for so long, it’s hard to fathom that this is even possible – but it is! And God is showing us the way. He is revealing our enemy to us so we may understand how deeply we have been deceived.
There is much that is being done right now – even as you read or hear this. God is working. His angels are working. His Ekklesia is working – and all of it will soon come together, and we will finally see, finally know, finally understand why this battle has been so intense.
Our God is a good God – and He wants all of His children to walk in victory…and it is possible for every single one of us. Trust and have faith, and God will work miracles for you. Amen.
