I’ve waited to post because I couldn’t find the words…

My heart is broken for this wonderful man’s family. It is broken because he was killed for his political views and his faith in Jesus. I feel anger – as I’m sure many of you do – because this wasn’t right. It was evil – pure and simple.

I pray for God’s peace over us right now – and I pray that this righteous anger we feel causes us to rise up and take a stand against the enemy and his evil, wicked ways. I believe that because of this evil deed, that many will rise up and roar with the Lion of Judah.

We cannot continue forward this way anymore. If this doesn’t wake you up to the evil world we live in, along with all of the mass school shootings that are killing innocent children and the violent random murders that keep happening, then I don’t know what will.

I know God is with us. I know He didn’t want any of these things to happen. And we can’t let it just roll over us as it has in the past. It’s time to take a stand. Get up and pray. Seek God for His wisdom. Ask Him what He wants you to do in this fight of good versus evil.

The Lord has promised us that change is coming – good changes, but we have to partner with Him and call it down on earth as it is in Heaven. Pray. Pray. Pray. Keep praying. God is working.

Charlie’s voice may have been silenced, but this evil deed will boomerang back onto the enemy because many more voices are going to step up and be heard. They will start where Charlie left off. The lies the enemy continues to spew must be met with the truth of God’s word – and God has been preparing many of His children for this very thing.

Something broke in many of us yesterday. We’ve had enough of this evil rhetoric. We can no longer overlook the divide that is between us. We can’t ignore the fact that there are people that want to silence the voice of God. They have been deceived by so many lies that have consumed and confused them. Pray for them – they need Jesus.

Pray for every nation around the world. I believe that this awakened many more people up, and
they will be asking questions. May we answer them with TRUTH, with God’s word. Let us love them as Jesus would. May we guide them to the Lord.

This one hit us hard, and we won’t go down silently – not this time.

My brothers and sisters in Christ – it’s time to rise up and unite. We can no longer look the other way. It’s time for us to trust in our Lord like never before. It’s time for our faith to be bigger than our fears. It’s time to stand on faith together. We are stronger when we are in unity – together. Amen.

Rest in peace, Charlie. You will be missed. May we honor you by picking up your torch and continuing forward with your message of truth, hope, and love.
Pray for his family. This changed their lives forever. God – be with them.

In His love,
Kathy
