As I was praying this morning, the Holy Spirit said, “Change your mindset.”

I prayed into this, and He filled my thoughts with revelation, and I knew this was something He wanted me to share.

He said, “One of the quickest ways the enemy will try and destroy you is through your mind. He whispers lies, he whispers your biggest fears to you – and he laughs as he watches you give into these things.

My child, guard your heart – guard your mind (Philippians 4:7). Don’t let the enemy come near you. Rebuke him. Speak My word, and he will flee.

Focus your heart and mind on Kingdom things – and guard it well. It is a gateway for the enemy to come in and destroy you.

I ask you to change your mindset – focus on Me and the things that I am doing all around you. Focus on the things I am doing within you – for I am changing things. I am changing the way you do things.

The enemy knows this, and he tries to distract you – to deter you away from Me.

I say to you today – I am here! Do not listen to your enemy. Change your mindset. Focus on what I have called you to do.

Guard it. Protect what I have asked you to do, and I will guide you.

Together! We will do it together!

Protect your mind. Be careful of the things you watch – for the enemy is always looking for a way to enter in and take away your peace.

Stay strong, My child! I am walking with you. I am always by your side. I am here.”

What an encouraging word from our Lord and Savior!

The Lord has been speaking to me about changing our mindsets for the last year or so. He wants us to focus on Him – not the worldly things.

Here is the revelation I received from the Holy Spirit while I was praying:

When we let worldly things control our thoughts, we feel anxious. We feel fear, and we don’t have peace. But when you rebuke those thoughts – when you trust in the Lord for ALL things, you experience a peace that surpasses all understanding. (Philippians 4:7)

You are filled with a deep knowing – a deep understanding of who God is and what He is capable of. You don’t have to be afraid because you KNOW He will protect you.

He has been asking us to change our mindsets because the old way – the old wineskin – is going away.

When you focus on Him, He will show you – He will tell you about the changes that are coming – and as you see these changes taking place, you will have peace because He has prepared you for these things.

If you don’t focus on the things of God, you are not going to have peace. It’s that simple. You will have the opposite – fear and anxiety.

Trust in the Lord. Do not lean on your own understanding. (Proverbs 3:5)

He is where you will find peace. He is where you will find the answers you are seeking.

Do not let the enemy control your thoughts or your mind – he only wants to destroy you. Let your mind be governed by the Spirit – so you may have abundant life and peace.

So many things are about to change, and God wants you to draw close to Him so He may guard and guide your heart and mind as we move forward.

Change your mindset – if you are not sure what this means, pray and seek God. He will reveal these things to you.

May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:7)

In His love,
Kathy
