While I was praying and worshipping this morning, I saw Jesus with His arms open wide. I ran to Him, and He hugged me tightly. There is nothing like a hug from Jesus! We danced and laughed together – it was wonderful!
I felt Matthew 13 being impressed upon my heart, so I looked up the scripture and it deeply resonated with me.
Matthew 13:10-15 (MSG) – “The disciples came up and asked, ‘Why do you tell stories?’
He replied, ‘You’ve been given insight into God’s kingdom. You know how it works. Not everybody has this gift, this insight; it hasn’t been given to them. Whenever someone has a ready heart for this, the insights and understandings flow freely. But if there is no readiness, any trace of receptivity soon disappears. That’s why I tell stories: to create readiness, to nudge the people toward a welcome awakening. In their present state they can stare till doomsday and not see it, listen till they’re blue in the face and not get it. I don’t want Isaiah’s forecast repeated all over again:
Your ears are open, but you don’t hear a thing. Your eyes are awake, but you don’t see a thing. The people are blockheads! They stick their fingers in their ears so they won’t have to listen; they screw their eyes shut so they won’t have to look, so they won’t have to deal with me face-to-face and let me heal them.’”
I asked Jesus about this scripture, and He said, “A heart of readiness is what I want all of My children to have – for a heart that is focused on Me allows Me to share revelation and insight to the things We are doing.
There are many struggling with this. The enemy is constantly working to deceive them.
Stay focused on Me, and I will give you discernment between TRUTH and lies. It is My heart for you to know My plans – for everything you need is in the plans I have for you.
This is why I speak through My prophets – so it will draw you to the things of My Kingdom. There is so much more I have for you, My children.
Seek Me. Prepare your heart – for a heart that is ready will understand things that others do not.
There is wisdom and TRUTH that comes with a heart of readiness.
There is peace, joy, and love that flows easily from a heart of readiness.
Seek Me, and I will show you how to prepare your heart – how to have a heart of readiness for all the changes that are coming.
It will be a glorious day!”
Yes, and amen!
Posture your heart towards God! Seek Him – tell Him you want a heart of readiness. Ask Him for it…He will hear your request and show you what you need to do.
There is so much that God is doing right now. Don’t miss what He has for you. He has much He wants to share with you about your life.
When someone has a ready heart, His insights and understandings flow freely. This is available for every single one of us!
He has more for you – it’s time to tap into your blessings that are overflowing in Heaven. A heart of readiness prepares you for those blessings to come down to you. Ask for it, and He will answer. Amen.
