I saw in the spirit multiple tornadoes forming in the sky. They looked ominous and terrifying. While I was standing there, my attention was drawn to where I was standing. It was eerily quiet – everything was calm and still.

The storm above me did not match the calm that was around me. I knew something big was coming – I knew this was the calm before the storm.

When a tornado is forming, the rapidly falling pressure can create a still or calm environment as the air is being pulled into the tornado’s circulation. It is the calm before the storm.

The phrase “the calm before the storm” comes from sailors’ observations of weather patterns while they were sailing in the ocean. They noticed that right before a storm hit, the air around them seemed to get very still.

I was experiencing the same thing, and it was deathly quiet.

As I was standing there, I heard Jesus say, “I am working behind the scenes. I am working all around you.

You say things are too quiet. You ask, ‘Why don’t we have answers to our questions? Where are the truths that were promised to us?’

I am working.

You ask, ‘When will we know everything?’

I am working.

‘Why are things still being kept from us?’

I am working.

Your enemy is also working. He is trying to stop all of his wicked plans and deeds from coming out – but he will not succeed. I have commanded it, and nothing can stop his defeat.

There are things that need to be done behind the scenes to prepare for all that I am about to do.

What you are witnessing is the calm before the storm. When things are quiet, know that I am fiercely moving all around you.

There will be no stone left unturned as I move forward in My plans to defeat your enemy. Much is trying to be covered up, but your enemy will not succeed in this.

The storm that is raging in the spirit realm will soon be released. My winds will be released, and it will destroy everything your enemy is planning to harm you with.

You may not see it – but know that I am working. I am hot on the heels of your enemy. He knows it, and he is panicking.

What I am doing draws the rats out from hiding.
What I am doing is causing them to scurry about – looking for a way out.

But they will not find a way out – not this time. For I know who they are, and I know where they are – and they will know My wrath. They will be destroyed.

There are many plans that are in action – plans that cannot be revealed yet.

Trust in Me. Hold onto Me. I have not forgotten about you, My children. You are the reason I am doing this.

I am removing the obstacles, the problems, the delays, and the evil. I am removing all of it.

I know you want to see it.
I know you want to hear about it.
I know you want all of this to end.
I know some of you are frustrated – but I need you to trust in Me.

There are reasons that things are quiet – and you will soon know why.

I am working behind the scenes – and all of it is for you.

I am making things ready – and very soon you will experience freedom in ways you never have before.

This calm before the storm is part of My plan.

Stay close to Me, and I will protect you – for when I release My winds of destructions, they will tear the enemy apart. You do not want to be anywhere near when this happens.

Stay close to Me. I am working – stay close.”

Praise God! He constantly speaks words of encouragement to help us understand that He has not left us alone in this battle. He is working in us, all around us, and behind the scenes.

I know it’s hard to trust and have faith in the Lord when another day passes and we don’t have answers to the many questions we are all asking, but we must trust that God is working out all things for the good of those who love Him. (Romans 8:28)

We will have our answers when God finishes His divine plans in bringing every single person that dared to harm one of His children to justice.

Goodness, the fear of the Lord just washed over me – woe unto them! Woe unto the ones that have plotted and participated in satan’s evil plans! They will all be destroyed.

Trust in the Lord and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). He is doing a mighty work all around the earth, and we will receive our deliverance from the hands of our enemy.

He is working behind the scenes. Trust in God. Have faith that He will do what He has promised – for He is good. And He desperately loves each one of us.

Hold onto His promises. Keep praying, fighting, and standing.

Exodus 14:13 – “Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today.”

We will see the deliverance of the Lord. Have faith in Him. We are so close!
