While praying this morning, I felt the fear of the Lord wash over me. I prayed into it – asking the Lord to show me what was on His heart. Joshua 24:14-15 came to my mind.

Joshua 24:14-15 – “Now therefore fear the Lord and serve him in sincerity and in faithfulness. Put away the gods that your fathers served beyond the River and in Egypt, and serve the Lord. And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

His heart is grieved over the idols that many of His children have in their lives.

We are going through so many changes right now. God is the One bringing these changes to us – but many of His children are not changing – their hearts are not changing and are not fully aligning with His.

There is a holy fear that I feel for the ones that are not heeding what God is speaking to them. He is giving so many an opportunity to turn from their wicked ways – to align with what He is doing all around the earth.

He has repeatedly asked us to change our mindsets to prepare for the changes He is bringing in, but many are still holding onto to their idols. They are clenching them tightly, not willing to let them go.

What the Lord is bringing in the next few months will change everything, and we must be ready for it. There will be so many that will be so shocked, confused, and angry.

Don’t wait to lay all of your burdens, sins, and idols down. Seek the Lord – ask for His help. Ask Him to show you what He wants you to do. He is always near.

It is imperative that we stay close to the Lord and seek Him with all of our heart. He will guide and protect you.

I heard the Lord say, “Choose this day whom you will serve! Will it be Me? Or will it be the god of this world?

What I am bringing you leaves no room for the idols you worship! You must lay them down and abandon them – for you will not be able to move forward with the blessings I am pouring out if you choose to not let them go.

Your enemy wants only to destroy you. Open your eyes and ears. See what I have for you. Hear My voice calling you to Me. I want to set you free from the bondage your enemy has you trapped in.

You say you love Me. You say you believe in Me – yet you still choose sin. You still choose your idols.

Walk away from it. Ask for My help, and I will set you free! I will work every detail out.

Ask Me, and I will do it!”

Romans 8:28 – “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

“My children – I have so much more for you.

Lay down your idols.
Rebuke your enemy.

It’s time to walk in freedom. What I have for you will wipe away every tear, every concern, every doubt you have.

Choose this day whom you will serve. Don’t let the enemy steal or destroy anything else in your life.

I am here, and I have come to set you free.”

Yes, Father! Thank You, Jesus! Set us free from all the things holding us back from You!

Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty!

Seek Him – ask Him to show you what idols you are holding onto. Once He reveals it, lay it down and let it go. He will give you the strength and wisdom you need. Ask Him – He is there.

Let’s pray for each other. We all have different struggles. Let’s lift each other up to the throne room of God and ask Him to heal, deliver, and set free anyone who is struggling today.

Lord, we come in agreement together – asking for You to heal our hearts, minds, and bodies. Give us strength and wisdom for what You have called each of us to do. Deliver the ones that our bound, Father. Set them free from bondage and prepare them for all the blessings You have in store for them.

Thank You, Jesus. We love You. Continue to show us what You are doing. Help the ones that are struggling with changing their mindsets from the old ways and open their eyes to see the new thing You are doing.

Choose Him today. He wants to bless you. Choose Him, because He has already chosen you.

In His love,
Kathy
